We want you to love your ChillPod experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple, hassle-free return policy:

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

You can return your ChillPod within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked. We’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund once the product is received and inspected. Our white glove service team will coordinate the pickup to ensure a smooth and stress-free return process.

After 30 Days

Returns outside the 30-day window are only accepted if the product has a defect or issue covered under our 1-year limited warranty. In these cases, we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund your unit based on the nature of the issue. Returns requested after the 30-day window may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
