We stand behind the craftsmanship, performance, and reliability of every ChillPod product. Our warranty covers both the ChillPod tub and the ChillPod Chiller, offering you peace of mind with every plunge.

ChillPod Tub Warranty

Your ChillPod tub is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, covering:

  • Structural integrity of the shell

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Exterior finish (against peeling, cracking, or fading under normal use)

This warranty is valid for residential use only. Commercial use may be subject to separate terms.

ChillPod Chiller Warranty

Your chiller is covered by a 12-month full warranty, including:

  • All parts and labor for repairs due to manufacturing defects

  • Coordination of service through ChillPod’s support team (including video diagnostics and, if necessary, technician dispatch)

In addition, we offer a 24-month limited warranty, covering:

  • Replacement parts for manufacturer-related issues (labor not included)

  • Support contingent upon routine maintenance

To maintain eligibility for the extended warranty, customers must perform regular preventative maintenance, including:

  • Cleaning or replacing filters

  • Checking water chemistry

  • Inspecting pump and chiller connections

  • Logging service activity (template provided)

Failure to follow required maintenance procedures and keep accurate documentation may void the extended warranty coverage.

What’s Not Covered

Both warranties exclude:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use. We will ensure proper installation with our white glove delivery service. If you choose to move to a different location that is not properly suited for the Pod, your warranty will be voided.

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use

  • Use in commercial or rental environments without express agreement

  • Damage caused by failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions
