Can I use the ChillPod outdoors?
Yes. ChillPod was designed with intentional flexibility. For best performance and longevity, place your pod in a shaded area or under a canopy. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may increase wear and reduce efficiency. If full sun is unavoidable, we recommend using a premium canopy or umbrella to protect against UV and weather exposure.
Does ChillPod come with a chiller?
Yes. Our ChillPod Chiller is included with every order. It’s a powerful, high-efficiency cooling system built to deliver cold immersion down to 40°F.
Where does the chiller go?
The chiller is housed externally, just behind the ChillPod. It’s discreet and efficient, built to operate quietly while remaining easy to access for maintenance.
Is installation complex?
Not at all. ChillPod was designed for intuitive setup. Initial set up and training is done upon delivery from our white glove delivery service. Our customer support team is on hand to walk you through it if needed.
What electrical requirements do I need?

What are the health risks?
